ID Card Reference Guide

We realize that having multiple ID cards and brands can be confusing. Please review the ID Card Reference Guide which has recently been revised to reflect the new and different card types that you may be seeing. This guide can help you quickly recognize members and understand how best to service them based on the ID card they provide.

Staff Spotlight: Shirley Puccino

Shirley Puccino is the Senior Vice President, Global Healthcare Management and has been with GeoBlue since 2014. Shirley has over 25 years of international healthcare experience working in various capacities. In her current role, she leads international provider networks, the clinical team for medical assistance services and global market compliance. She also has responsibility for enterprise-wide data and analytics as well as the cost management teams.

Shirley received her master’s degree in Organization and Strategic Leadership from Neumann University and is recipient of the 2014 Volunteer of the Year Award and a B.S. degree from the University of Scranton where she received the 2007 Frank J. O’Hara Distinguished Alumni Award. She is also a Wharton’s Executive Development Program graduate and is certified in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Shirley has been an adjunct professor at Neumann University teaching international business courses. Shirley completed study abroad programs in Italy for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Shirley holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Italy and has been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two sons, eleven nieces and nephews and twenty great nieces and nephews. She also likes to read, swim, enjoy nature and take long walks with her husband and dog.
